In Good Company is the Midlands-wide network and professional development organisation for independent theatre makers and companies. Born out of consultancy with artists, IGC has transformed how artists, venues and funders communicate; we
co-design exciting new performance platforms, commissions and touring networks.

ARTISTS
At the heart of our mission is supporting artists at all stages of their career. We run a year-round programme of services to deliver our mission: developing and raising the profile of Midlands made work. Our programme is filled with events, calls-outs, workshops, and our annual summer festival Departure Lounge. You can get in touch with us by simply dropping us an email and saying hello.
PARTNERS
We work with 11 different organisations to help bridge the gap between freelancers and venues. Our expertise enables our partners to strengthen their artist development offer and join up longer-term strategy. We facilitate a region wide collaboration to share best practice and set the industry standard for working with freelancers.
